Davina graduated from HTS Drama School in 2003. After graduating Davina landed a role in Rikki Beadle-Blair's feature film 'Fit' as well as a play at the Soho Theatre and many pantomimes. Her TV credits include commercials for; McDonald's Flat White, Jackpot Joy sponsor for Loose Women and most recently an advert for 3 Mobile. Davina also worked with Lee Mack appearing in the final episode of BBC One's 'Not Going Out'.

 

Davina is passionate about teaching and she has worked for many prestigious performing arts schools including; Emil Dale BTEC, Emil Dale Part Time, LAMDA, Stagecoach, and Perform.  Davina is also the Director and Founder of Dini's Showstoppers providing after school and holiday clubs. ​

Boo graduated from Roehampton University with a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts Dance degree in contemporary dance in 2009.

 

She has performed at esteemed theatres such as Sadlers Wells and His Majesty's Theatre as well as performing in many professional pantomimes. Boo's dance repertoire has seen her perform with a contemporary dance company touring the country as well as competing in cheerleading competitions.​

 

Boo has worked extensively with young people spanning almost 20 years, not only as a dance teacher but as a full time Nanny and a qualified Sleep Consultant & Newborn Care Specialist.  She has a strong passion for musical theatre and is very excited to bring this to Showstoppers.​​

Ella completed her training at Emil Dale Academy and graduated with a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre. Ella trained under Davina at the Emil Dale Academy weekend school where she also began her teaching career.

 

Ella has taught the three main disciplines of musical theatre; singing, dancing and acting across many schools across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, including Davina's sister school Dini's Showstoppers.

 

Ella has been lucky enough to have been trained by renowned  choreographers such as Gareth Walker, who choreographed the London 2012 Olympic games and award-winning choreographer Dane Bates.  

 

Ella's credits include performing at The Ned London’s opening night, lead by Gareth Malone OBE.

Lizzie has taught singing for the last 7 years following her career as a professional singer for Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean. Her credits include concerts, London cabarets and studio sessions.

 

Her passion for singing started at a young age when she joined her local performing arts school, she then went on to train professionally in Musical Theatre at The Emil Dale Academy & The London School of Musical Theatre.

Lizzie joined the Showstoppers team in 2025, and is excited to work with the children and ignite their passion for singing.

Nel is a recent graduate of Emil Dale Academy, where she trained in Musical Theatre.

Since graduating, Nel has been teaching performing arts for just under a year, with a particular focus on singing and vocal technique. She has a growing passion for sharing her knowledge and supporting children as they explore and develop their creative journeys.

Nel loves creating a positive and encouraging environment where students feel confident, inspired, and excited to learn.

 

She is dedicated to helping young performers develop strong vocal skills while building confidence and a genuine love for performing.

​Kelcie has been training part time for 11 years. During this time she has performed at The Shaftesbury Theatre and His Majesty’s Theatre.

 

Her teaching career started in 2021, and since then as taught at various part time schools including;  Theatretrain, Make Believe, Stagecoach and various holiday camps.  

 

Kelcie loves teaching and being able to inspire our next generation of performers and is absolutely thrilled to be an assistant and cover teacher at Showstoppers Performing Arts spreading her love and passion for the arts to our students!

Charlie is a Musical Theatre performer and teacher, originally from Birmingham and now based in Hitchin, having recently graduated from Emil Dale Academy.

Charlie began performing in 2015 and has since developed a wealth of experience across a wide range of productions. His credits include Billy in Billy Elliot, Peter Pan in Peter Pan and Danny in Grease, among many others.

Alongside performing, Charlie has a real passion for teaching and loves sharing his experience with the next generation of young performers. He is enthusiastic about helping students develop their skills, grow in confidence and, most importantly, enjoy their training.

Nancy-Lee is a Musical Theatre performer and qualified dance teacher, currently completing her professional training at Emil Dale Academy.

 

Having danced from a young age, she holds a BATD teaching qualification and has competed extensively, becoming an English Champion and receiving nominations and awards at Le Classique de Danse and the Carl Alan Awards.

Passionate about teaching, Nancy-Lee loves sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with young performers. She is dedicated to helping children develop their technique, creativity and confidence in a positive and encouraging environment, while making sure they have fun, create lasting memories and develop a genuine love of performing.

Lili Mai is a Welsh Musical Theatre performer and teacher who graduated from Emil Dale Academy with a First-Class Honours degree in Musical Theatre.

 

Alongside her background in performing, she has extensive experience working with children aged 2–11 across teaching, childcare and children’s entertainment.

 

Lili brings plenty of energy, and loves creating fun, energetic and supportive environments for young performers.

 

She is passionate about helping children discover their confidence and creativity through singing, acting and dancing, while encouraging them to express themselves, use their imagination and most importantly, have fun!

Reese is a Musical Theatre performer and teacher, currently training at Emil Dale Academy, where she is studying for a degree in Musical Theatre.

 

She brings over 15 years of experience in dance, singing and acting, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for sharing her love of performing with young people.

Reese values the creativity, confidence and self-expression that musical theatre can inspire.  Her approach to teaching is all about giving young performers the freedom to discover what they’re capable of both on and off stage!

Katie joined the Showstoppers team in the summer to assist the Directors with their admin and marketing.  She has 14 years experience within the corporate Operations and Administration field.   

 

​In a previous life, Katie was a dance teacher, running her own school, and contracted to established dance and performing arts schools in South East London. 

 

She is a qualified dance teacher with the IDTA and trained alongside Boo at Roehampton University securing her BA Hons in Dance Studies.  ​Katie is a mum to three boys, and her dance credits are now limited to Kitchen Disco's!
