An Award Winning Theatre School in Hertfordshire

Born from the shared dream of two mums with a love for dance, drama and musical theatre, Showstoppers Performing Arts is a theatre school built on passion and heart.

We don’t just teach performing arts — we live it. Our experienced teachers create a supportive space where children grow in confidence, creativity and self-belief, whether they’re acting, singing, dancing or stepping on stage for the first time.

At our core is a warm, inclusive community where every child feels valued, encouraged, and free to shine. Because here, it’s about more than performance — it’s about helping every child become their most confident self.

"These classes are great for children of all ages. Davina is excellent at what she does and has lots of experience to share. My daughter loves Showstoppers classes; she comes home feeling really positive and always looks forward to the next session. A great way to build confidence and skills whilst having fun. Thank you!"

Join The Club

Whether it’s exciting holiday adventures or confidence-building afterschool sessions, our clubs give children a place to learn, create and have fun. Packed with energy, friendship and performing arts magic, every club is designed to keep young imaginations active and smiling long after the school bell rings.

 Holiday Clubs

At Showstoppers we provide performing arts camps across the school half terms and holidays.  We have had some amazing workshops with guest teachers from leading Westend musicals including Frozen the Musical's Laura Dawkes who played Princess Anna.

Our holiday camps, workshops and themed parties are open to all children, which means you do not have to be a student of Showstopper Performing Arts.

After-School Clubs

Led by our Head of Drama, Davina Dewrance, our after-school clubs bring creativity, confidence and fun straight into the school day. Through engaging weekly sessions, children build communication skills, self-belief and teamwork in a supportive environment where every child is encouraged to shine.

If your school would like to introduce drama as part of its weekly enrichment, we’d love to hear from you.

Ready to Feel Part of the Team?

Designed for comfort and movement, it helps every performer feel prepared, proud, and ready to step into the spotlight. Explore the range and get stage-ready with Showstoppers.
